Boden wants you to wear the stuff you buy from them for a really long time. They would like their designs to live on in your wardrobe and stay out of landfills. Boden takes climate change extremely seriously and are constantly taking steps to reduce their environmental impact. They’re looking at everything they do to see if they can be using more sustainable materials, reducing waste and working more efficiently. Their clothes need to be produced in safe working environments by workers who have clearly communicated rights. Sustainable packaging is a huge priority for them, and we have a dedicated team looking at ways to improve the materials we use to make them more sustainable. Boden believes that all animals should be treated humanely and that any animal-derived product used in their clothing should be sourced from animals accorded high standards of animal welfare. They also donate a percentage of their profits to community organizations such as Rainbow Trust, Starlight, Dress for Success and the Charlie Waller Memorial Trust.
